This is a Single Residency Hotel managed by Hogan and Vest and caters to mentally disabled people. It is rodent (mice, rats) filled, and bed bug filled. I live here. I have lived here since 1991. It was a lot better in 1991. I wake up every night with a bed bug eating me. Welts and bits everywhere. Or I see a mouse scampering across the hallway.
