Apartment two has virtually no furniture left and keeps possessions in resealable plastic bags. Apartment six is moving out on 2/27/2009 with the usual plastic bagging and discarding. Apartment five is moving out on 3/4/2009. Landlord's phone line now declares "the person you are trying to reach does not accept calls at this time."

on 11/26/2008 apartment 2 on the first floor was fumigated for bed bugs "that came from the apartment above"

A bed bug issue in several units must therefore be known to the landlord of this building. However, the landlord is not informing prospective tenants about any bed bug issues
