This posting is simply not true. In August 2010 a tenant of 17 years contacted management about bedbugs in his apartment. After learning of the problem we immediately went to action and had an exterminator treat his unit. The exterminator came back for multiple trips until the problem was completely gone. The exterminator also inspected neighboring units and did not find any bugs, which means that the long-term tenant was the one who brought them into the building.

While I've lived here close to 4 years without incident, 2 out of the 20+ units in the building have had bed bug outbreaks in the past 9 months.
