Sorry I don't know the number, but I know that the large brick apartment building at the corner of Hyde & California is 100% infested with bedbugs, in that every unit has them.

The landlord is, according to what I've heard, still renting out vacant units.

Tenants have been discarding furniture, unwrapped, on the sidewalk, and I've seen unsuspecting people sitting on a discarded sofa!
