Top floor unit: Sighting and bites on arm in December with three subsequent fumigations. Treatment of unit ongoing but no bites since December. Rumored infeststion of a second floor unit.

bedbugs definitely present in the building. inconsistent treatment techniques by the landlords, other units also taken.
