My neighbor had a bad case of bed bugs and they traveled to my apartment. I lived here for a year and half before I had any problems. My place was treated 5 or 6 six times but still could not get rid of them by the time I decided it was finally time to move. Management took action quickly but bed bugs are definitely a problem in this building.

I lived in this beautiful building for one year in 2008_9. I was bit repeatedly. initially when I reported it I was met with no surprise "oh yeah your neighbors have them". then I was blamed for them, which did not go over well with me. management did take care of it, however I literallly couldnt inhabit my apartment for a month, and the process of washing, and drying, and sealing and buying matress covers pillow covers, doctors visits bc it turns I have an allergy to them was costly to say the

I was in #302 for about 6 years, and never had bedbugs. My understanding is that they were mainly in the back half of the building.

I've been at this address for over two years now and am happy to say that my apartment has been free of bed bugs,flies, ants.spiders and any else that crawls. I know it is because of the great attention the manager (Rick) and part owner (Bill)
have paid this wonderful landmark apartment house.

I recently moved to an apartment in this building and immediately, I was being torn up by bedbugs. I had to endure weeks of cleaning and evacuating. I have since left the building as the problem was never solved. The building and management are nice, but the bedbug situation is impossible.

Yes. 508 had bedbugs at about the same time as 507, across the hall. Terrible pests!

Fortunately, building management, both Rick and Ryan, were very proactive, indeed systematic, with regards to organizing the successful eradication of the lilliputian beasts.

Hi. I just wanted to relay a positive story about bedbugs. I lived in apartment #507 in from summer of 2007 to summer 2008. At the beginning of 2008, I got bedbugs.

The management, Richard Potter, was very understanding, although the first thought was that I was the culprit. We later discovered that the guys below me had dragged in an infested mattress from outside.

Long story short, it was a pain, but the bedbugs were gone in 2 months. I still live in the building and have heard noth

I have been getting bites for a few weeks now. First I thought I brought a spider home from camping or something, then I kept seeing little brownish red oval bugs aroung the apartment and they slap blood when I smashed em. I looked at pics online and identified it and shure enough I found little blood splatters on my matress. I just discovered this about 2 hours ago and I am freaked out, its very late and I cant call anyone at this hour. I dont even know WTF to do first.
I just want to move out
