I lived there for about 5 months. 5/10-10/10. After being there for 2 months, I had a REALLY bad infestation, the landlord told me there had been no other complaints so it was my fault. He didnt say that at least 10 units on each floor of this 4 story apt building had been treated over the past 3 years. The building owner would only treat 1 unit at a time, even though city regulations say they have to inspect all surrounding units. When i asked the owner why, he said treating more than 1 unit at
