July 2008, Apt. 102

I woke up one morning and saw what I thought at the time were roaches all over my bed (because the building also has a roach problem). I didn't even know what a bed bug was! When I found out I freaked out, it made me feel like I was a walking disease. Not only were they sleeping in bed with me, they were everywhere, in picture frames that had pictures of my family and friends, in every crevice and corner and all the while they were feeding off of my body.

About two weeks after I moved in to apartment 302 (April 08), I woke up with these little bites on my chest and neck, which I realized, after a little internet research, were bed bug bites. I laundered everything, bagged everything up, and the exterminator came in, sprayed, and then came back two weeks later. Things were good for about two and a half months, but I think they are back which is very frustrating, because I did everything I was told to do and also informed by the extermination compa
