October 2011 bedbug infestation persists at 1062 Sutter Street. Building now designated as uninhabitable as per San Francisco health codes. At least one tenant has initiated a constructive eviction because of unacceptable living conditions inside the building.

Begnning in January, 2011 three apartments !!have beentreated for bedbugs. Two in April. Because of poor condition on building treatment seems to need repeating. Infestation has spread to other apartments, but residents are too afraid of landord to report it.
