I noticed the infestation on May 18, 2011. I have lived in this building for almost 10 years and this is the first time I have seen any bugs. It took 24 hours before I received any information/instructions from the exterminator after I reported the problem to management and they sprayed 4 days later. I think they should notify the other tenants in the building. I am concerned that the problem will come back if they don't treat other infested areas. I am grateful that the management company final
