creeped out neighbor on 10/02/2009

we originally posted 60 dore st. but this is the right address, we live in a building next door to this section 8 apt. complex. it's bad enough having to deal with certain tenants that live here but now we've found out the building is infested with bedbugs. it is ridiculous that this building was erected only a couple of years ago but now is a dingy mess. it doesn't seem like reporting it will do much good but maybe other people nearby will get pissed enough to report them as well to the health
