Bed Bugs and Roaches...never had a bug problem before in my life...Orkin keeps coming out, so does team too, but the problem persists. They tried to deny that we have roaches as well, until I killed 12 of them and brought them into the office in a plastic bag. Ridiculous conditions.

Been living here for 8+ months and have had bed bugs since day 1. Management sends Orkin out to spray some chemicals around that do not solve the problem. They don't inspect adjacent apartments so the bugs just come through the walls.

I asked the property manager before we moved in if Arbor Terrace had ever had any pest problems. She lied through her teeth and told me no.

600 building is infested for sure, I hear that 100, 400, 700 and 800 buildings are also infested. AVOID.

100% infested. The problem is recurring and management is not proactive in dealing with the problem.

I've watched them come out of the sockets and die--they're in the walls and coming from neighboring units all the time.

Am getting chewed alive and trying to get out of my lease. This place should have to disclose this problem to prospective tenants.
