Our family of 5 moved in on Dec 10, 2008.
Shortly after began experiencing bites. Unsure what they were, disregarded until Feb when the problem became severe.
Feb, 2009 Pest control inspector found the residence to be infested with bed bugs. They began spraying and treating on a regular basis, however the problem was never resolved due to property managers refusal to approve effective remedies.
Obtained documentation the apartment was treated for b
ed bugs almost 2 1/2 months before we moved in. Won a small claims judgment against Western Property Group for all the furniture and items we had to throw away due to infestation. (they have appealed the decision, but we are confident in another victory).
We were forced to move, the tenant in #3 moved as well because of the infestation.
Be wary, this quad-plex has yet to be properly treated.
