Mrs. Vidya Lal gets verbally abusive when I mention the problems with this unit, and has gone off on me repeatedly, yet has made absolutely no effort whatsoever to address the severe problems with insects, toxic fumes coming from the old, lead painted wall heater, with paint chips flaking off daily, the stained carpet due to a previous tenant who left 2 very large dogs inside the unit for 2 years.

I have hired men to haul away favorite pieces of furniture because I was unable to kill the bed bugs using commercial products sold at local hardware stores. I know that freezing the bugs on clothing, and then washing the clothing in very hot water helps rid of them, too. Thank you for allowing me to share my experience with you.
