had a cockroach crawling over the stove. and a dead one in the amoire were the T.V. is located. So, I informed the front desk and had them change my room.I asked if they wanted to come check and see the dead one and the one crawling, but they responded as if they knew about the bugs..saying.."Its fine ma'am. We understand. we try to keep it up". So, I was in my new room. With the thought of seeing another bug on my mind. And a case of the heeby geebies. Only to wake up to another bug.But, this time ...a bed bug. I was definately through. Packed my things and my kids things. Woke them up to get them off the bed.I left my cover and two pillows that I brought along. Scared to bring them home. Knowing i wouldn't be able to wash them right away. So i said forget it. And checked out of the hotel.
After the terrible customer service I recieved. And 4days later of complaining an going back and forth with the hotel and the company I booked my stay through. The hotel and company only decided to refund me for one day. The one day that I decided to leave. For the night of terror. I paid 180.00 for two nights. One night being horrible, and the other night not staying because of the previous horrible night.
And only will get refunded for one day.
That is terrible.

The main office didnt even open until 7am. My children and I had to sit in the car until then, just to find out that they cant refund me right away. Not helpful or sympathetic at all.Even thought they should be, because bed bugs can cause scabies.They need to be reported to the Health Department.Seriously.
