One of the neighbors mentioned having bed bugs and did not want to be rude so continued in the conversation not knowing anything about the critters. Have been experiencing fatigue/exhaustion and had huge blistered itchy bites on my skin and only found out after much online research, an ER visit, and blood testing other apartments in the building to include the apartment directly next to my own has had an infestation.
