we found bugs in our apt reported the problem to management. they blamed the problem on us and trying to make us pay for it. a lot of other apts have the same problems and tenants are aware of the issue with management trying to make them pay for it. and because of that reason they are not reporting the bugs and prefer to just move out at the end of their contract.. if ur thinking about moving here.. DO NOT!!

We found bed bugs on May'2011, we reported the problem with Management. They did the treatement, but did not work. Still we were able to see the bed bugs.
They are several units infected with bed bugs. Management is trying to get money from tenents. So some of the tenents not even complaining about the problem, they are waiting for lease expiry and moving out.

We moved in on 9/11/10 and we also have experienced a bed bug infestations at these apartments. They did pay for professional treatment but the bugs still are staying around.

We moved in this apartment complex just some days back... and soon started having bites..they told us it was a cleaned up apartment and we are sure we didnt had bugs before we moved in...then within a week me and my roomates started having bites and we didnt see any mosquitoes... we searched online and realised it were bed bugs... which we thn stayed awake one night and found it to be real... apparantly the apartment management still claims tht they are bug free and wont give us free treatment
..I spoke to other apartments and some of them have bugs too
