I have lived at the Hayward Manor Apartments for 5 years now, I have been bitten by bedbugs at this building since the day I moved in, I live on the 9th floor and I have tried everything to kill off the bugs but they keep coming back every second, my manager told me he would send an exterminator to fix the problem but all they did was leave roach motels. THIS BUILDING IS HIGHLY INFESTED! BE WARNED! the bedbugs are within the walls of the entire building.
