I found bugs around my bedroom mattress and on my living room couch on May 1, 2011. I called Penmar Management on May 4 and they told me that they would send a pest control inspector out to see what kind of bugs they were. On May 10, the pest control told me I had a serious case of bedbugs and that he would contact management in order to get approval to exterminate immediately. Management called me on May 11 and told me that they refuse to pay the fee and that I would personaly have to pay $400
