This building is totally bug infested. The owner is a complete slum lord! There are also spiders, and the building is filthy. They also, never fix anything, and getting a tiny fixture fixed turns into drama, this is why this place is so run down, noone wants to deal with the management to get their units fixed. STAY AWAY!
