I MOVED IN ON THURSDAY 8/2/2012 AND ONLY NEEDED A TEMP PLACE FOR 1 WEEK. I NOTICED THAT THEY WERE SPRAYING FOR WHAT LOOKED LIKE A ROUTINE SEASONAL CLEANING. BY SATURDAY MORNING 8/4/2012 MY ARMS AND LEGS WERE COVERED WITH RED WELTS, I HAD DOZENS OF BITES ALLOVER MY BODY. I IMMEDIATELY ASKED THE THE WEEKEND MANAGER, DAVE FOR MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I WANTED TO LEAVE. HE GAVE ME SUCH AN ATTITUDE AND TOLD ME I WAS WELCOME TO LEAVE BUT THERE WOULD BE NO REFUND. I ASKED HIM WHY HE DIDN'T TELL ME ABOUT T
HE INFESTATION AND HE TOLD ME THAT HE HAD DONE NOTHING WRONG, HE WAS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO TELL ME. HE WAS BOTH ARROGANT AND RUDE AND ACTED LIKE BED BUGS ARE NORMAL AND THAT I WAS THE PROBLEM FOR EVEN BRINGING IT TO HIS ATTENTION. MY CLOTHES AND BEDDING ARE ALL INFESTED NOW AND EVERYONE HERE IS COMPLAINING ABOUT BED BUGS. DAVE-YOU COULD HAVE TOLD ME ABOUT THIS. THIS DID NOT HAVE TO BE MY PROBLEM, I WOULD HAVE GONE SOMEWHERE ELSE I I HAD KNOWN

I thought I had a problem, but it turns out that someone brought them in. I went to management and they quickly handled it. I've seen a professional exterminator there at least twice. The staff was receptive and horrified at the suggestion that there was a problem. They immediately examined my bed, one staff member personally washed and bombed my clothing, and another checked the room. I think the person who posted before has a personal vendetta against the place. This is a transitional environm
ent and all it takes is one person to create an infestation. It's interesting that people want to complain and they are probably the ones bringing them in. I believe that the people who are running this place are doing their best to keep the problem from returning and are very proactive about handling any possible reports. They are aware that it's a big problem nationwide and appear to be on the lookout. I got an email from the director and he was very helpful and concerned.

Moved in on 4-09-2012, by 4-11-2012 my head and arms are covered in bites. This "non-profit" is anything but one. The owner doesn't give a hoot. Everyone says, "I told you so." How can the city, much less the state continue to let this guy operate? Good thing that the L.A City Council and Planning Commission are deliberating about banning these establishments within city limits.

These 3 houses are INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS, COCKROACHES, BEDLICE and people are being eaten alive daily by all these bugs! How can the state of California allow this to continue? THESE THREE HOUSES ARE A COMPLETE HEALTH HAZARD!
