A neighbor told me today she began reporting an infestation in her own apartment at this location back in May of 2010 and the owner complained it would cost over $300 to have an exterminator so nothing was done so far.
The neighbor showed me multiple red bites on her wrist today and said she is being "eaten alive" in her apartment and still the owner is negligent to deal with the problem appropriately. She sent actual dead bugs in a baggie to the owner as proof. Still no action from the owner.
