Have been having issues with bedbugs in this building as well. At least 4-5 other tenants have come forward with the same complaints and the management company is unwilling to attend to the matter appropriately. They are bullys who are not taking care of their property and have even told me I need to resort to my own resources. The building is also terribly infested with German Cockroaches and spiders. Stay away! Cheap rent, not worth the misory you will end up going through!

On July 9th 2011, I heard from a tenant downstairs there were bed bugs spreading through the building. By July 25 I was over run and had to throw away all my belongings. The management company was horrible and tried to blame me for bringing the bugs into my unit.
Don't move there!
