Have had to call for an exterminator twice in two months. The first time, the exterminator did almost nothing, and bugs were back a month later. The second exterminator says he'll be more thorough, hopefully it works this time.

Just wanted to add that management has been extremely prompt and helpful in dealing with my case. Compared to many of the other reports I've been reading on here, this is exceptional. Hopefully my infestation has been eradicated and the bugs won't get to spread out.

Summer 2010, bedbug infestation. Somewhat severe, as I thought they were lice and was trying to treat them myself. By the time I found out what they were, I was seeing lots of bugs, even in the day. Eventually my apartment was treated and I didn't see any bugs for a year. (I'm submitting another report.)
