I have lived in the building for 3 years and have never had or heard of any bed bug problem. I also see reports about roaches in this building but have never experience it. Bottom line is if you keep your unit looking and smelling like shit, you gonna have issues. Oh ya... Manager is very cool.

I subletted a unit here for a month (August 2010) and during that time I was covered in bites. After I moved out I was told the place is confirmed to have bed bugs.

many peoplein this building have been complaing to me that they have bed bugs and i am afriad i am next, i have seen one dead bug and one live one eek!
