I Lived in apt #10 and i had bed bugs. my apartment was very clean. but then i started hearing other tenants complaining about red marks on their skin and itching badly. the owner did nothing but only change the carpet in apartment #7 and when they lifted the carpet , millons ran from the apartment. the entire building is infested and should be closed. do not stay at this complex. it is hell
