I was a guest for several months in a friends apt (#16) and believe there were bedbugs there when he moved in. After we positively identified them the manager worked fast to get an exterminator inbut also told us there were infestations in other apts and the tenants refused to let them spray. Now I'm afraid I might have transmitted them to my new apt. Oh lord.
