I lived at his location for 9 years, and I never had problems with bed bugs.

Stayed there from 1/2000 thru 1/27/2009.

A lot of tenants complaint about them, but they were never in my room.

I have lived at this building for over a year now and have NEVER had a problem with bed bugs, roaches or any other bug. It is the person who attracts these infestations to themselves, not the location. Clean yourself and your mind up and you wouldn't have the problems with the bugs.

I have lived at the Hayward Manor Apartments for 5 years now, I have been bitten by bedbugs at this building since the day I moved in, I live on the 9th floor and I have tried everything to kill off the bugs but they keep coming back every second, my manager told me he would send an exterminator to fix the problem but all they did was leave roach motels. THIS BUILDING IS HIGHLY INFESTED! BE WARNED! the bedbugs are within the walls of the entire building.
