Have had bed bug problem since the beginning of winter break. It has been almost two months and they have not gone away. Awful. Do NOT move here.

Moved in Mid-August
Experienced cockroaches first semester, quickly eradicated.
Came back from winter break, and found 3 large adult bed bugs. Have had two treatments but my roommate and I still have bites. Most awful place to live.

APT # 337: Apt was clean from the start but it seems manager havent change the carpet from ages..
After few days, we found signs of bedbug in the apartment. I ask manager to do takecare of the bedbug. She was very rude and called a guy to treat it after 1 month. By that time bedbugs have spread out in the entire house.

Still After 4 treatements, bedbugs were there untill 8 months. After that we left the house.

AUGUST 2008.
APARTMENT WAS DIRTY FROM PRIOR TENANT.
BITTEN BY BEDBUGS FROM THE DAY WE MOVED INTO UNIT #5.
PEST COMPANY UNABLE TO IRRADICATE BEDBUGS AS THEY LIVE IN BASE BOARDS AND DRYWALL.
GAVE NOTICE OF INTENTION TO MOVE OUT AS IT WAS UNINHABITABLE.
TAKING THIS ISSUE TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW.
