Last year I lived at 2620 S. Severance Street and it was infested with bed bugs. The property is owned and managed by Nupac Apartments who, after numerous complaints, sent in non-professional, non-licensed maintenance people who gave us chemicals that should only be procured by licensed professionals and therein told us that we should apply these chemicals ourselves. The bed bug infestation was not resolved.
