Famed international singer/pianist Raby Savage sues Gidi Cohen's real estate investment companies' Cohen & Associates and GC Enterprises,Inc. for negligence,personal injury to baby and other children and evicting tenants at 851 S.Kenmore Ave. Los Angeles,CA, rather than abating bedbug and other vermin by relocating tenants and exterminating entire premises.

Yes, please assist, apt 7 still has bedbugs on or about 11/25/11. Health inspector recommended fumigation for entire building back in 2010 but, owner GC Enterprises, Inc. ignored and used alternate not successful remedy.

I saw baby, on or about 10/5/10 whose family had to move, with bedbug bite marks on face...outrageous. GC Enterprises, Inc. attempted to silence one tenant with a "cease and desist" letter.

I have bedbug bite scars, video of bedbug from premises.

A TENANT WITH A 10 MONTH OLD BABY FOUND A HUGE BEDBUG ON HER BABY'S FACE, AND THIGH THIS MORNING 9/15/10, AFTER I ALERTED NEW OWNER/MANAGEMENT, G.C. ENTERPRISES, INC. 12100 WILSHIRE BLVD, SUITE#800, LOS ANGELES, CA 90025 OVER TWO WEEKS AGO THAT MORE THAN ONE UNIT HAD THEM. THEY INSISTED ON PASSING OUT EVICTION LETTERS, INSTEAD OF HAVING THIS BUILDING SPRAYED OR CLEANSED(IF POSSIBLE)OF BEDBUGS! WE HAVE PICTURES, THAT REFLECT THIS HORRIBLE NON LIVING CONDITION! PLEASE ASSIST!!!
