my girlfriend moved into this apartment on 6/05/2010.found bugs she had never seen before. she investigated and found out they were bed bugs. she told the manager and was told that the previous tenant had them. the manager thought they were gonna go away on their own (can you believe that?!) we have fumigated, they have fumigated, but its so hard to get rid of them. my girlfriend hasn't been able to sleep in there and she is moving out. we are trying to get our deposit and 1st month back.
