At any time there is at least 4 reported suites in the building that are being sprayed for bedbug infestations. The problem is there are probably 4 more suites in the building that have bedbugs but whose tenants are not reporting infestations.

A infested suite is usually sprayed once a week for three straight weeks. If no activity is seen then it is deemed clean.

One tenant, a "normal" women who has a lot of belongings has had her suite sprayed 22 times in the last year as the bedbugs have

gotten into everything she owns. Her next door neighbor has gotten infestations several times during the past year, probably from her.

There are several cases where new tenants move into suites sprayed and deemed clean only to find they have a bedbug problems.

Management never says no to a request to have a suite sprayed, the landlord is helpful but the problem just doesn't end.
