I dont have to report bed bugs I just have to say GO stuff YOURSELF for discriminating against pitbulls!!! There the most loving dogs on the planet and because of your inability to learn more about the breed instead of just assuming is why innocent dogs are being treated horrible! You have Probably never even spent time with the breed because your to busy crossing the street trying to get away! Please next time just think of how you would feel if someone crossed the road to get away from you.

After ignoring the condemned balconies, broken windows that are never fixed, seeing the building manager vacuuming with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth, laundry facilities that do not work, and many drug users and dealers who reside in the building, BED BUGS WERE THE LAST STRAW!!! Ex caretaker-located resided @ 405 Catherine Street, Victoria BC building has had bedbug infestation for yrs 1st & 2nd floor are riddled with them including common areas hallways (carpet) laundry room. Building is never properly treated (landlords Mehta Family are cheap east indian creeps). Visiters whom have visited this building have transported bedbugs to their homes so it's a good idea to stay OUT of this building. I rented a suite on the 3rd floor, at the time right beside the landlords suite. TERRIBLE ! I was never told about the bed bugs until after I moved in. My rent was 750 and the landlord is just a scum, aswell as the owner. I had massive bites from the bedbugs and had to leave every peice of furnituure I owned behind at there expense for doing nothing regarding the bed bugs. tenant in fourth floor suite just moved out and had all his furniture ruined. Landlord's response to his complaint was "well move out". RTO complaint went nowhere for furniture damage

Other issues with this building:
mold and sewage infestation in ground floor suites
no hot water
either too much heat or not enough
lndry that does not work
