As owners and managers of 909 Market Street, we take problems of this nature very seriously and are proactive in our approach. Unfortunately, this can happen in any type of housing.

Please be assured that professional exterminators quickly resolved the situation.

We are happy to report that we have not had any such incidents since 2009 and that we strive to offer all our tenants an excellent service.

Several tenants had bedbugs at one point during 2008 which were supposed to have been treated and a neighbor had them winter 2009. They were apparently treated twice more but they have not been properly exterminated.
