There was one incident of bedbugs that were brought in by new renters in this building in the fall of 2008. The owners immediately hired exterminators and treated the affected apartment as well as all neighboring apartments. We have had no further problems and I commend the owners for reacting quickly and professionally as well as shouldering the cost. PS: I am a renter and not the owner.
