Boyfriend had rented a lower level 1bdm suite for over 2 years here. We met and moved into a 2 bdm on 4th floor July 1/09. (#405). Within the first 2 weeks we were itchy and suspected bedbugs. We called the manager who said we weren't the first to complain and they would arrange spraying. (we are pretty sure she was aware of the problem when renting us a suite on this floor). We then physically found some bedbugs.Over the next couple of months they sprayed our building 3 times, and it "appears"
