No action from the slumlord. The building is infested and reporting a problem will only get you evicted. You will be happier being homeless than living in this sewer.

It's not just the bedbuds, its the lunatic Nazi slumlord who hates himself more than he hates the world. Avoid this location, this nutcase at all costs. You will regret moving in here and wish you were homeless instead.

Bedbug infestation confirmed in Sept. '09 in suite #9. Reported this to building management and was told that I was "on my own" with regard to pest control. I am contacting the City of North Vancouver for further clarification on my rights as a tenant.
