255 East 2nd St in North Vancouver has been sold to a reputable company and they have completely renovated the building inside and out.
Upon an initial inspection it was noted that there were three suites located on the same floor in one corner of the building that had the beginnings of bed bugs. The new owners took swift action and eliminated any and all bed bug issues.

We have found numerous bedbugs in the cupboards, bathroom, bedroom, all over the suite in my suite (207) and the suites around us (206, 208). The Landlord has made no effort to rid of or solve this issue. We have mentioned the problem to him and he is aware of this issue. Nothing has been done about it, however.
