I stayed at the Quality Inn Falls Creek on August 26th for 1 night, room # 501. I woke up around 5am and found myself scratching everywhere. I checked the bed and I actually saw bedbugs crawling on the sheets! One was so big, I'm amazed that cleaning staff did not see them! I reported to the night manager. He placed me in a different room but I refused to sleep there. I waited for the day manager, as instructed, reported the problem. The officer manager was unsympathetic and sounded annoyed when
