Found them a few weeks ago (August 2009) but have been fumigated twice (as per standard operating procedure) and have not found any bed bugs after the 2-3 day grace period since the second spraying which allows the pesticides to set in. I am not sure how widespread or localized the problem is but in Vancouver it is always best to stay vigilant. Management dealt with it professionally but it would have been advisable for them to have informed current tenants of the presence of bed bugs in the b
