September 25th, my husband and I had a sleepless night at this hotel (if my memory serves, it was room 218) because of bedbugs. My husband suffered numerous bites which itched for days. He contacted the desk at 4AM and we were offered another room. What was the point at this hour? We sat up with all the lights on from 11PM till 5:30AM, went out for breakfast then checked out of hotel. We refused to pay the bill, management accepted this.
