Here's what I wrote/emailed to the Management. Sent on Aug. 19 1:18 AM

I am the current tenant of 8660 Westminster Highway and have resided here since 2005. Two years ago, I have noticed an increased population of cockroaches in my apartment. I have tried various means of eradicating these pests within my own unit but the cockroaches keep coming. The whole building is infested with cockroaches. A few of my neighbours have informed me as we
ll. More disturbingly, about a few months ago, in April, I noticed that I have been getting bed bug bites. My children and I have been suffering from bed bug bites for several months - and it is becoming quite unbearable. I am not alone on this problem, few other neighbours have the same issue.
I am asking Management to take action immediately and to put in effect a plan to eradicate these cockroaches and bed bugs. Please let us know when the eradication plan will take force and if and when we need to evacuate our units. This is urgent and we ask Management to take this matter very seriously.
Here's what I got from the Manager herself. She knocked at my door around 10am today, Aug. 19th. At least I got a quick response in person as well.
"We will send a guy for the cockroaches but after 12 noon. Are you available today or tomorrow?" I said, today. She said, "Ok, 1pm the guy will be here." I confirmed 1pm and told her that I have to leave by 3pm.
When asked about the bedbugs, she simply said this, "We cannot do anything about the bed bugs. Since you said it's been a few months ago, then you brought them in."
I asked once again if they will do anything about the bed bugs, she just shook her head and left.
I'll wait for the "cockroach" guy to come at 1pm. I have to figure out what to do next about the bed bugs.
