I lived in this building while I was a student at UBC and moved out 2010.

I don't know about the rest of the building but my apartment had silverfish bugs.

In the summer months I would find one every other week. It was an awful experience, will never live in such an old building again. The landlord was very nice but the problem is obviously because the building is so old so nothing really helped.
