So here it is, your enclave of UBC is now infested with Bed Bugs. With three floors, your friendly slum landlord in the middle, we have the pleasure of a bed bug infestation.

It bagan late 2010, and as sure as sunshine, the whole building is crawling with the new creatures. Is it too much to ask for decent accommodation for the huge rates we pay for a dumpy , cold , suite here?

Not Happy.
