just got them 3 weeks ago 2nd time, getting tired of this did not have this issue befour living at 1450 chest when they spray stinks for weeks headackes. Managemet not much help this time. We are going to have to find some other building to move too

To the jerks that think suffering people make up these report because they have nothing better to do, you hurtful idiot, you're the liar..I HATE CREEPY PEOPLE IN DENIAL BECAUSE YOU STINK TOO MUCH FOR ANYTHING TO BITE YOU .

2006 one bed bug, 47 silver fish, 3 mice, 10th floor, 2007 2 mice 32 silverfish wave of migits or no-see-ems, 3 bed bug, 2008, 2 roaches, silver fish, 1 mouse got away, no bb. 2009 3 BB no mice or roach, only 3 silverfish. 2010 BB are back, 1 roach, 1 mouse, 2 silver. 2011

Bugged about on 12/06/2010

Lived here for 5 years, saw a cockroach on year 2, pest guy treated and none since. Last month I saw a bedbug, fooled myself into thinking it was only one. Now I have a budding infestation. Management is bringing in pest control, but the majority of the work is going to be up to me (vacuuming cleaning scrubbing washing/drying bagging sealing cracks re-inspecting monitoring etc)
Bed bugs are not really anyone's fault, like a cold -somebody gave it to them, they gave it to you)

Lived here for almost 5 years. I have never had Bedbugs, but I know the guy above us helped infest the building as he used to bring junk home from back lanes,etc. He has since moved out, but I hear the problem is still here. I have had mice, but that is from next door neighbour who is a bin diver and brings home all sorts of crap.

What the hell are you people talking about??? I live there and the management is great and I have been there since September and havent seen or felt one bedbug/mouse or cockroach! Its actually a great building. You people are weird liars.

The building is an eyesore anyways and has bad energy.

I had no bedbugs and live here since a years, it seems way more clean than any others building I've seen? I think this is not a trusty report that you guy fill!

entire building is infested(!),
also with mice, cockroches, and silver fishes...

crappy mgt,
CHEAPskates all the way,
best to move on BEFORE moving in.

had a bed bug infestation, pest control "took care of it". IT DIDNT WORK!

September 2007 1450 Chestnut Street Apartments on several floors infested with bedbugs. I was covered with bites had to get rid of all my furniture and move out.
