Three apartments have reported a bedbug infestation. Landlord is not dealing with the problem; blaming tenants and refusing to treat. After legal action threatened, the landlord hired an "exterminator" who lied to tenants about the type and extent of the treatment he perfomed. Landlord also extremely dishonest. Do not move into this building!
