No bedbugs here.
I've lived here a while and there are no bugs except silverfish.
But what building in the lower mainland doesn't have silverfish, they're harmless.

Haven't had a problem and I currently live here.
No one else has reported anything as far as I know.

According to a tenant at this building there has been at least one incident of bed bugs in a suite at this address within the last year.
Quite possibly an isolated incident, but beware, as infestations can go undetected for periods then pop up again.
