I have had two outbreaks of bedbugs and the management company (reluctantly) has blamed the infestation on me.

The last time the managing agent tried to dismiss the bites as hives but a medical doctor has diagnosed them as bed bug bites - without question. They have also claimed I am the only tenant with the problem and that this problem is uncommon.

Owners of the building have not acted within the law, as I understand it, claiming I would have to pay for removal past the thrid treatment.
