Same encounter. They have just recently renovated but there are still people who have no home to go who fall asleep in chairs at 2 - 4am I live steps away but have stopped getting my coffee there... the level of sanitation should be investigated by the city, (a number of us have reported, but there are several similar issues bein dealt with all over town). We even got a cup that appeared to have already been used and when asked for a fresh one were met with attitude. No thanks!

whenever I go there, I feel itch and find some bites. The problem with this place is that it opens 24 hrs a day.
